Post Construction Clean

Please let us know the details of the renovation/construction and please be informed that we do not clean when workers still finishing up your renovations. No workers allowed in your home while we clean.

These prices are for empty apartments, if your home is not empty rate would be $40 per person per hour. In some cases all the furniture needs to be individually dusted several times and that can take a long time so we need to charge hourly for this type of service.

Please know that there will still be a little dust in the air and coming out of the airconditions and fans for a few weeks after your renovation.

Rates include 1 bathroom, every additional bathroom $30 plus.
