Basic Clean

Including dusting, polishing the furniture, vacuuming and mopping the floors. No furniture moving but reaching under it to clean there as well.

Including:

• Baseboards and floors mopping (please provide your own mop if you want us to use that)
• Bathroom cleaning and polishing (including walls, tub, toilet, sink, faucets, mirrors)
• Kitchen cleaning (including microwave, dishes, countertop, polishing the stainless steel appliances, taking out the trash)
• Making up your beds (please leave clean sheets on the beds if you want us to change them)
• Rate does not include cleaning the blinds/shutters, fans, organizing inside the cabinets, washing the windows, doors, walls and laundry.
• Should you have an apartment with more than 3 bedrooms please let us know to give you a special offer
• Please send us pictures of your home to make a pre-qualify.
• Basic Clean is recommended for deep cleaned apartments.
• Basic cleaning is not recommended without deep cleaning, but if your home is clean and don’t need for a serious scrubbing and dusting than we can start the basic clean.
• Rates include only 1 bathroom
• Every additional bathroom plus $30
• Stairway $10 / each
